The roomy 28qm COCO HOUSE sets new standards in the intelligent use of space. As a living/working hybrid, it can be easily adjusted to become cozy, business-like or something in between. In a regular hotel room or studio apartment, the bed always dominates.
At COCO HOUSE, the large kitchen table serves as focal point. Use it to work across time zones, host dinner parties or gently rest your head after making a deadline. You decide. Then feel free to change your mind. The same goes for swapping the art on your walls, after which you can enjoy the view from your comfy FALKENBERG ARCHITEKTEN design furniture.
The elevated sleeping area, with super fluffy king-size bed, can be screened off for visitors. Stylish sliding doors can also hide away the bathroom’s spacious shower and the fully equipped kitchen is capable of pumping out the perfect espressos in the morning and the tastiest of pastas at night.
COCO HOUSE believes that “amazing things can happen when people come together”. Our mission is to mix together like-minded individuals under one roof – aligning our international guests with internationally minded locals. We expanded the definition of a hotel to make it a platform where knowledge, ideas and people can mingle on a daily basis. Regular events will bring you in direct contact with inspiring individuals and companies – to exchange concepts, products and life lessons. But COCO HOUSE in itself is a regular event: our social spaces allow for easy interaction with your neighbours. It’s just a matter of going upstairs to join a pub quiz, watch a movie, play some Ping-Pong or jam the night away. Our ultimate goal is to broaden your network, social circles and horizons.
