Blackpencil Properties is an internationally oriented organisation with partner locations in Berlin, Bahrain and Miami, specialising in the comprehensive development and delivery of real estate projects across the hotel, hospitality and tourism sectors.

With active projects in Oman and Greece, the Blackpencil Organisation combines global market expertise with strong local know-how and operational execution capabilities.

As an integrated platform, Blackpencil – together with an established network of partners – covers the entire real estate value chain: from architectural design and project development through to construction execution, capital structuring and comprehensive investor relations.

Blackpencil acts as a trusted partner to government and government-related investment entities, public-sector projects, and private family offices. In particular, within the context of Integrated Tourism Complexes (ITCs) and other large-scale tourism developments, we bring targeted expertise in structuring, planning and delivering complex projects.

We combine high-end architectural design, disciplined project management and hands-on construction execution to efficiently deliver complex developments from initial concept through to turnkey completion. In close collaboration with both private and institutional capital partners, we create stable investment products with attractive, risk-adjusted return profiles.
