The rising demand for affordable, high-quality student housing is one of the most pressing challenges in urban areas. For 2025, we are focusing on developing modern, sustainable student housing in seven of Germany’s most attractive university cities: Aachen, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, and Munich.
Our Mission: Creating Living Spaces
Our goal is to establish student housing that excels not only in location but also as community spaces. Young people need living solutions that offer comfort, proximity to their universities, and excellent public transport connections.
Our Requirements: Land and Existing Buildings
To achieve this goal, we are looking for:
- Land for development or existing buildings for repurposing
- Gross floor area (GFA) of at least 5,000 m²
- Excellent connections to public transport
- Locations in close proximity to universities or colleges
